How True Fit Takes the Guesswork Out of Ordering Scrubs Online

When employees order scrubs online, the hardest part is usually picking a size. A medium in one brand can fit like a small in another, and a product photo won't tell anyone which one they need. When a store offers 20+ scrub brands, that question comes up with almost every order.
Uniform Stores now includes True Fit, which gives employees personalized size and fit recommendations right on the product page. Here's how it works and what it means for your uniform program.
Why Sizing Gets Tricky in a Store With Lots of Choice
Letting employees choose is one of the biggest benefits of a well-run uniform program. Within your approved colors and logos, your team can shop Cherokee, Barco, koi, Med Couture, Jaanuu, and many more brands.
Each brand cuts its scrubs a little differently, so a standard size chart only gets employees part of the way there. A guess that's off by one size means an exchange and more time waiting for scrubs that fit.
What True Fit Does
True Fit uses clothes your employees already own and know fit well as reference points. It compares the brands and sizes they're used to wearing with the products in their Uniform Stores collection. Then it recommends a size for each item they look at.
Each recommendation is based on that employee's own wardrobe, so it fits how they shop.
How Employees Set Up Their True Fit Profile
Setup is quick and starts right on the product page:
Open any product in your Uniform Stores collection.
Click the True Fit icon next to the size options. A short registration form opens.
Answer a few basic questions.
Add clothing and footwear they already own. Employees enter the brands and sizes of their best-fitting pieces.
Save the profile with an email address and password.
Once the profile is saved, employees get size and fit guidance automatically on the products in their collection. The same profile also works on other online retailers that use True Fit, so employees get more use out of it than just ordering uniforms.
What True Fit Means for Admins
You don't have to do anything for your employees to use True Fit. It's built into the product pages of the store your team already shops. Here's what it means for your program:
Fewer sizing questions reach you. Employees can figure out sizing on their own before they place an order.
More confidence with more choice. Your team can try a brand they haven't worn before and still have a good idea of which size to order.
Support is still there. If an exchange or return is needed, our customer service team takes care of it so you don't have to.
A Better Fit for a Program Built Around Choice
A uniform program works best when employees like what they wear. True Fit helps them pick the right size while they browse 20+ scrub brands, without involving you in the process.
