Your team does not handle procurement, sizing, distribution or returns.
How much does a school uniform program cost?
The Essential program has no monthly platform fee; you pay a one-time $60.00 fee to digitize your logo for embroidery. Embroidery is $8.00 per item and personalization such as a name or credentials is $5.00 per line, with no order minimums. Enterprise pricing depends on program size and complexity. What each student can spend is set by the allowance you configure, so your cost is predictable per person, per year.
Can we give students a uniform allowance instead of buying uniforms for them?
Yes. Administrators assign allotments or stipends per student— annual, on an anniversary, or at onboarding. Students choose their own sizes and styles within that budget, and can pay personally for anything above it. You keep a fixed cost per person while students get the fit and style they actually want.
How do you handle multiple locations, departments and logos?
One platform handles unlimited locations, departments, student roles, colors, logos and billing codes. Role-based ordering means a Nursing student sees only the scrub colors approved for nursing with the correct logo, while Radiology students only see the colors and logos they are allowed to order. Regional or site leaders can be given control over their own storefront while central finance keeps budget oversight.
How long does it take to receive embroidered scrubs?
Orders are delivered within 14–21 calendar days. If you choose the ship-to-workplace option, add up to 5 additional days, since those orders are aggregated and shipped once a week. Expedited shipping is not available on embroidered orders. Because decoration happens on demand rather than in advance, you do not carry pre-embroidered inventory or run into backorders on it.
Who handles exchanges and returns for students?
We do. Our U.S.-based customer service team works directly with your students, including sending pre-paid return labels, so your HR and operations staff are never in the middle of a sizing exchange. Students can reach us by live chat on your uniform site, email or phone. Embroidered items cannot be returned.
Can different buildings have different apparel?
Yes. Each building, department or role can have its own approved items, colors and logo, all inside one district-wide program with a single set of billing codes.
Do you supply staff uniforms as well as student apparel?
Yes. Stores can be configured to offer staff specific apparel, colors, and logos for their roles and departments as well. Uniform Stores offers businesswear, polos, and other attire in addition to scrubs.
